The following Child Safety Standards for ministries were developed on behalf of the Evangelical Council for Abuse Prevention for the purpose of protecting minors in Christian organizations.
Suspected Abuse/Neglect Reporting Form
Clergy members are mandatory reporters. If you suspect abuse or neglect, you can fill out this form to submit to your immediate supervisor, law enforcement, or other reporting agency.
