New Ground Alliance Church is looking for a youth/resident pastor to serve full-time at their church.

Are you looking for a place to start in pastoral ministry? New Ground is looking for someone to invest in and eventually send. We are looking for someone to lead our youth and parents for a season while developing needed skills and credentials to lead and potentially plant a church. While at New Ground it is our desire that you become a developer of leaders, a leader of leaders and a leader who fosters a community of care and growth.
