Envision
If you are planning a short term trip to visit an international worker, field or ministry, Envision is a great way to get there! They can help you organize your trip, connect you with work and they even have specific sites that are set up to support teams. As an official structure of the Alliance you also serve with Envision as an intern or resident.
Member Care Ideas
This document has a list of ways that churches have creatively cared for international workers. Use this when you are looking for some new ideas on how to support your workers outside of fundraising.
Questions to ask IWs
International workers love it when we are curious about what they do. This list of questions can be used when you are getting to know an international worker or if you are preparing to interview them in front of your church.
Guidelines & Questions for Hosting IWs
This document should be used as a guide when you are considering having international workers come to your city and church. There are questions to consider about hospitality, ministry logistics and the relationship IWs can have with your church. Consider these questions, answer them for your context and if you need additional support email Hannah or Amber!
Global Engagement Assessment Tool for Churches
The Converge Leadership Planning Team created this assessment for you to use in your churches. This tool is best used in the context of a missions or leadership team and worked through over time. It can be overwhelming at first so taking it one section at a time and prayerfully considering your context will be important.
