This two day retreat is a time where we get to slow down as ministry leaders and refresh our souls. You will have the opportunity to connect with other leaders and with God in the small coastal town of Cannon Beach.

Keynote Speaker
Dr. Kelvin Walker
District Superintendent | Metro District C&MA
We are excited to welcome Kelvin back to the PNW to speak at Renew Retreat this year.
Kelvin Walker has served with the movement known as The Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA) for over 35 years in churches in New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia Beach. He also served for six years as the campus pastor of Nyack College, and for 13 years as an adjunct instructor at Alliance Theological Seminary. He has ministered nationally and internationally, both as a guest speaker and guest worship leader. He currently serves in the C&MA as the District Superintendent of the Metro District. He also serves on the National Office President’s Cabinet and has just completed ten years of service on the C&MA’s National Board of Directors and tenure of four years as the C&MA’s Corporate Vice-President. He is a graduate of both Nyack College (BSM) and Alliance Theological Seminary. He holds a Bachelor of Sacred Music, a Master of Professional Studies in Church Development, and a Doctor of Ministry in Global Christian Leadership. He and Doni Vargas-Walker, the beautiful woman to whom he’s been married since 1989, have three handsome sons, three beautiful daughters, two phenomenal daughters-in-law, one great son-in-law, and two gorgeous granddaughters.

Hotel Note: The hotel is going through a remodel and only select rooms are available this year. Please make sure to reserve your room ASAP as rooms will fill up quickly.
*If the hotel sells out of rooms, we recommend booking with their sister hotel, the Hallmark Resort, as a back up option that is within walking distance of Surfsand. Surfsand will keep a waiting list in case a cancellation occurs.
