Finance and Administrative Assistant

Alliance Northwest wants to hire a part-time finance and administrative assistant to work out of the Portland Field Office – could you be who we're looking for? PURPOSE/SCOPE

This position exists to develop and maintain the integrity of Alliance Northwest’s business structure by assisting with the maintenance of daily bookkeeping.

OUTCOMES

Bookkeeping

  • Assist with depositing of tithes and support to insure accountability and accuracy

  • Assist with monthly payroll and monthly taxes

  • Assist with accurate and adequate financial records of income and

    expenses

  • Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

  • Provide monthly receipts for supporters and annual receipts for all

    donations

  • Assist with the Quarterly and Year-End Tax statements

    Budget

  • Annually assist with compiling and developing the annual budget

Reporting

  • Assist with any financial reporting
