The Missional Leader
At the heart of the Alliance is a passion to reach non-believing people with the love of Jesus Christ. The Missional Leader Module will provide training and practical tools for raising up Spirit-empowered communities of light and salt in a dark and decaying world. Topics will include:
The heart of the Father
How to see your context like a missionary
Building a missional ethos in your church
Developing cross-cultural competencies
Learning how other churches in our district are being salt and light in their communities

Our office will reserve everyone’s rooms and will be pairing people with a roommate for the duration of the module.
